Mumbai, 8th December, 2017 (GPN) : From time to time to make the real estate sector better and much more efficient that benefits all the stakeholders in it NAREDCO has shared its valuable insights and thoughts. Working under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India, it has helped transform the unorganized Indian real estate sector into a matured and globally competitive business sector. Now, with the 4th Edition of the Times Sanskruti Arts Festival, they aim to bring in their very 1st Property exhibition starting on the 12th January, 2018 to the 15th January, 2018, Near Upvan Lake, Yeoor, Thane.
The exhibition would be a one-of-its-kind expo that aims to reach out to the mass of Mumbai MMR with realty that has something for everyone. It contains realty for the affordable to the luxury segment in accordance to achieve the Housing for All Mission started by the Hon’ble Prime Minister.
Speaking on the occasion Shri. PratapSarnaik, Founder & Chairman of Sanskruti Art Festival said,“Sanskruti Arts festival has been uplifted this year and is being celebrated on a large scale. This year we have collaborated with NAREDCO a national body for real estate that works under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India. Mr. Neel Raheja, President Maharashtra Chapter of NAREDCO as they have helped us to take Arts Festival and the Property Exhibition at a much larger level because of their support. The property exhibition to be held in Januray shall be conducted with the presence of MahaRERA registered developers.”
Mr. RajanBandelkar, Vice President, NAREDCOspeaking on the collaboration for the Property Exhibition said, “I am thankful for the collaboration with the Times Arts Festival since it has only prospered year after year. Collaborating with the festival will prove to be useful to the people coming there since many people from various sections of the society come in to watch the arts festival.Hence, we have ensured that these people who may be looking to buy realty are given everything that is required for by a customer while buying a house right from building materials to sanitaryware under the same roof. This will make the buyer’s job that much easier.”
