Food and travel go hand-in-hand. There is probably no better way to experience the soul of a place than through its food. We all know, how huge Asia is, and it is practically impossible to visit every country for a just culinary experience. So Kohinoor Continental is offering Pan Asian Food Festival along with top international cuisines can be made available under one roof. Event will start with Scrumptious food to refreshing drinks to grooving music and the cosy ambiance are all coming for you in varied ‘Pan Asian food Festival’ in Mumbai.

The event is perfect for all the food junkies to come and enjoy a good time amidst delectable food, drinks and live music. As the name suggests, the event brings some fabulous and authentic flavors of Chinese, Burmese, Thai, Vietnam & Japanese cuisine. 

The Solitaire Restaurant hosting one of the most incredible food festival where talented master chef Jajo is an expert in their culinary field. Chef Jajo is a Pan Asian cuisine chef and has worked and gained experience cooking at Japanese restaurants for the last 10 years. Chef Jajo learned the importance of blending unique flavors and aromas of ingredients in order to make the freshest the healthiest exquisite sushi’s and dim sum’s.

This food festival focusing on pan Asian cuisine is to create awareness and buzz in the city and to provide affordable dining options to family and corporate customers. Most of the outlets concentrate only on Chinese cuisine. But Kohinoor Continental aim to provide lesser known cuisines like Burmese, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisines to our customers at an affordable price and optimal value for money.

There will be an unstoppable flow of dishes at Pan Asian Food feast. Starters will start with Goicuon (Vietnamese summer rolls), Hoi Sin Chili Lamb, Ching Chai Duck, Steamed Soft shell crab with ginger scallion. Main course dishes like Peking duck, Chicken bulgogi (Korean spicy chicken), Mixed seafood hot pot (Mongolian style mixed seafood hot pot), Special Asian Hot Pot, Steamed Soft shell crab with ginger scallion, Whole red snapper with asparasgus in ponzu sauce, Nasi goreng (Indonesian spicy fried rice with chicken, prawn, Sichuan Pepper Chilli crab and many more. 

Signature dishes will be Spicy Miso Ramen, Sake Maki (Salmon rolls), California rolls, Tsukune (Teppanyaki), Spicy crabstick Rolls, Thai chicken with Bamboo Shoots, Chicken Suimai. Japanese Sushi’s, Burmese curries, ramen, Indonesian curries, Dimsums and variety of Tempuras, curries and dumplings from different cuisines of Southeast Asia.

Delicious sweets llike Tub Tim Krob (waterchestnuts in coconut milk), tempura ice cream, Darsaan (honeyed noodles with ice cream)
