Union Bank of India adopts Children Homes for Girls at Jaipur & Ajmer

May 8, 2017 – Jaipur (GPN) : Union Bank of India through its social arm, Union Bank Social Foundation Trust (UBSFT) have today signed an MOU with Department of Child Rights, Government of Rajasthan, for implementation of ‘Adopt a Home’ program at Jaipur & Ajmer for up gradation of the existing facilities and services for children in the Homes. Rajasthan Police coordinated for the adoption of the two Girl Child Home by the UBSFT.

Union Bank of India, a premier Bank has always been in the forefront in carrying out such social activity for the benefit of the society at large.

UBSFT is proud to be associated with Department of Child Rights, Government of Rajasthan in implementing the program “Adopt a Home under Protsahan Yojana”. The objective of the scheme is to provide quality care and service by upgrading the facilities in government run Children’s Homes and Specialized adoption agencies.  These Children’s Homes accommodate orphan, destitute and other categories of vulnerable children.
UBSFT proposes Donation of Rs.34,00,000.00 (Rupees Thirty four lacs only) for up gradation of infrastructure facilities in Two Government run Children Homes at Jaipur and Ajmer centers.
