HUL’s personal care product and India’s very first beauty soap, Lux, has associated with a brand new award show – Lux Golden Rose Awards, which celebrates and recognizes beauty, style and glamour of iconic Bollywood actors

The eminent jury panel for the Lux Golden Rose Awards includes Falguni and Shane Peacock, Malaika Arora Khan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Mickey Contractor, Shiamak Davar and Neeta Lulla

Mumbai, November 7th, 2016 (GPN) : Today, the Lux Golden Rose Awards revealed their list of hosts and judging panel for the inaugural award show. The Lux Golden Rose Awards, which is in its initial year, celebrates and recognizes beauty, style and glamour of iconic Bollywood actors. Set to take place in November, the event will witness a colorful conglomeration of Bollywood stars.

The maiden Lux Golden Rose Awards has generated quite a buzz among fans as the event is being hosted by one of the biggest stars of Indian Cinema, Shahrukh Khan with co-hosts, Arjun Kapoor and Karan Johar. Talking about the Lux Golden Rose Awards, Shahrukh Khan said, “ I have always enjoyed my association with Lux, and this marks a very big step for them. The women of Bollywood will be felicitated for their glamorous portrayal of characters which we all have loved, and it feels great to be hosting and supporting the same.”

Fans and connoisseurs of the Indian film industry are abuzz with anticipation for this new step which honors Bollywood actresses for portraying versatility with zest. The nominees in the various categories will be determined by a panel from within the film fraternity. This is the very first time that an award will celebrate the women of Bollywood, recognizing them for the beautiful, glamorous and gutsy characters they have portrayed on the silver screen.

The jury members for the Lux Golden Rose Awards are well established personalities and are highly regarded in the Indian Film industry. They include internationally loved fashion designer couple Falguni and Shane Peacock, fashion icon and diva Malaika Arora Khan, versatile Bollywood playback singer Sunidhi Chauhan, Bollywood’s top make-up artist Mickey Contractor, renowned choreographer Shiamak Davar and celebrated Indian fashion designer Neeta Lulla.

The Lux Golden Rose Awards show will be held at Reliance Studios, Film City in Mumbai on 12^thNovember.
